Beat the Winter Financial Chill

Don't let the cold and snowy weather stop customers entering your shops - make some mulled wine and serve warm mince pies in your shops (plus signage outside)

Here is a nice recipe to help:
MULLED WINE
2x75cl bottles of full bodied red
1.5 litres water
1 orange, stuck with cloves
2 oranges sliced
2 lemons sliced
6 tblsp granulated sugar or honey
5cm stick cinnamon
2 tsp grated root ginger
2 tblsp fruit liqueur- cointreau
Pop everything into a pan, gently heat to simmer point for 20mins. You can make in advance and then gently re-heat to serve ( no boiling otherwise the alcohol will evaporate)

Serve this in mugs with Christmas music and good cheer and it is sure to get your till ringing.
Merry Christmas
